Fresh products need clear dates and the right conditions from production to your fridge.
Golden Sea Moss Gel
Keep refrigerated. The connected product description says use within three weeks of production, or freeze repackaged for up to three months. Follow the date on your jar. The three-week period does not start on delivery.
Every blend has its own guidance
Shelf life is product-specific. For example, the connected Sorrel Gel record says two weeks from production. Do not apply Golden Gel guidance to every gel. Check each label.
Something does not seem right?
If the product arrives damaged or appears spoiled, do not consume it. Contact us with your order number and photographs so the team can investigate. Minimum life on arrival, the opened-jar period and arrival-condition instructions need an approved specification before launch.
