Yes. Refrigerate gel as soon as it arrives and keep it refrigerated between uses. Follow the date and storage instructions on your own jar; opening it does not restart its shelf life.
How do I use sea moss gel?
Try ready-made gel in a smoothie or breakfast bowl. Follow your jar’s directions for the amount to use, and check the ingredients of your chosen blend.
Which format should I choose?
Compare preparation, taste, ingredients and storage. Gel is ready to spoon; dried moss needs preparation. Powder, capsules and gummies each have their own directions and are not interchangeable servings.
When will my order be dispatched?
Order before noon UK time for same-day dispatch on eligible days: Monday–Thursday for gel and mixed orders, or Monday–Friday for orders without gels. After noon, orders move to the next eligible day. Stock, preparation readiness, bank holidays and announced closures apply.
