Ingredients (1 jar)
- 50g rolled oats
- 150–200ml milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1–2 tbsp sea moss gel
- 1/2 banana mashed (or sliced on top)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, chia (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and sea moss gel.
- Stir well until the gel disappears into the mix.
- Add banana (stir in or layer).
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Serve cold, or warm gently the next morning.
Tips
- Too thick in the morning: stir in a splash of milk.
- Add-ons: berries, toasted coconut, or a spoon of nut butter.
