Free Standard delivery on subscription renewals
From your second subscription order, Standard UK delivery is free with no minimum spend. Gel-containing renewals follow the gel dispatch schedule and use Tracked 24. Other available delivery charges are confirmed at checkout.
We count eligible products at their current one-time prices, before discounts, excluding delivery and fees. Discounts won’t remove free delivery once you qualify. Final delivery options and charges appear at checkout. An optional delivery top-up, where offered in your basket, also counts towards the threshold.

On eligible UK orders without gel, choose a participating Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point at checkout. Gels, gel bundles and mixed baskets containing gel need UK home delivery.
Free on eligible UK non-gel orders
Collection-point delivery has its own free Standard rate for eligible non-gel orders, separate from our home-delivery thresholds. Final options and charges are shown at checkout.

Wait until Royal Mail confirms your parcel is ready to collect. Follow the collection instructions and opening hours in your notification.
Why gels need home delivery
Fresh sea moss gels are perishable and need refrigeration. Waiting at a collection point can add time before you can refrigerate your order, so we offer collection-point delivery for non-gel orders only. Choose UK home delivery for gels, gel bundles and any mixed basket containing gel. Refrigerate gels on arrival and follow the instructions on your jar.

Collection-point delivery is for eligible UK baskets without gel. Gels and bundles or mixed baskets containing gel are excluded. Locations also depend on your postcode and stock at our dispatch location. All physical items must be available to ship together from that location. Collection points are not available for B2B checkout or with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal. Use the regular checkout to see eligible options.
Check your choice before paying
Carrier pickup-point orders cannot be edited after they are placed. Check your chosen location carefully. This option is for a new eligible checkout; it does not automatically change an existing order or subscription renewal.
When should my order arrive?
First check the applicable dispatch day. Delivery time then follows the Royal Mail service used for your basket and destination. Service aims are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

2–3 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail’s delivery aim after handover, for covered destinations. It is not a literal 48-hour arrival guarantee.
Gel and mixed orders · Tracked 24
Next-working-day delivery aim
The default service for orders containing any gel. A paid upgrade is not required. The aim starts after handover and depends on destination and service coverage.
Thursday orders after noon normally dispatch Monday for all products. Bank holidays and announced closures move dispatch to the next eligible day. Sunday orders do not dispatch Sunday. These are normal operating rules, subject to stock and preparation readiness.
UK coverage includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and remote mainland postcodes. However, Royal Mail does not provide its usual Tracked 24/48 delivery target for some postcodes, including BT and several remote or island areas. The overall estimates above do not apply to these exceptions. Ask us about timing before placing a time-sensitive order.

We prepare your order
We prepare eligible, ready-to-dispatch orders for the applicable dispatch day. Orders placed after noon move to the next eligible day; stock, preparation holds and closures may affect timing.
Your parcel is dispatched
Dispatch means handover to the courier, not creation of a postage label. Delivery time starts after handover. Your dispatch update includes the selected service and tracking details.
Your order arrives
Fresh gels travel with frozen ice packs. Refrigerate immediately on arrival, keep refrigerated between uses and follow the date and storage instructions on your jar.
Same-day dispatch cut-offs
Order before noon UK time for same-day dispatch on eligible days: all products Monday–Thursday. Stock, preparation readiness, bank holidays and announced closures apply.
After noon, dispatch moves to the next eligible day. Thursday after noon: all products normally dispatch Monday. Closures move dispatch to the next eligible day.
Outside these windows, dispatch moves to the next eligible day. Stock or preparation holds may change the date; contact us if you need to check before ordering.

Where we deliver
We deliver throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and remote mainland postcodes. Our fresh gels are available for UK delivery only. Delivery timing varies by destination. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are separate destinations; ask us to check product eligibility and options before ordering.
Fresh-gel packing & arrival
Fresh gels are packed with frozen ice packs. Refrigerate immediately on arrival and keep refrigerated between uses. Follow the date and storage instructions on your jar. If your order arrives damaged or the gel does not seem right, do not consume it; contact us with your order number.

Can I order from outside the UK?
Our fresh gels are available for UK delivery only. For other products, check the delivery options shown at checkout for your address. If you are unsure whether we can deliver a particular product to you, ask us before ordering.
Can you guarantee an arrival date?
We do not guarantee a courier arrival date. Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 aims start after dispatch and do not apply equally to every postcode. Contact us before placing a time-sensitive order to check product readiness, destination and options.
