What it is

One 720ml jar of bladderwrack and burdock sea moss gel, plus one pack of bladderwrack and burdock root capsules (60 capsules). Store the two components separately.

Ingredients or materials

Gel: golden sea moss, bladderwrack, burdock root, spring water and lime. Capsules: bladderwrack powder, burdock root powder and an HPMC capsule shell.

How to use it

Read the instructions for each component. A bundle offers format choice; it is not advice to combine or increase daily servings.

Storage and care

Gel: keep refrigerated and use within three weeks of production, or freeze repackaged for up to three months. Capsules: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
