Delivery options depend on your UK address and are confirmed at checkout.

Order before noon UK time for same-day dispatch on eligible days: gel and mixed orders Monday–Thursday; orders without gels Monday–Friday. Stock, preparation readiness, bank holidays and announced closures apply.

After noon, dispatch moves to the next eligible day. Thursday after noon: gel and mixed orders normally dispatch Monday; orders without gels normally dispatch Friday. Closures move dispatch to the next eligible day.

Orders containing any gel, including mixed baskets, are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 by default. Orders without gels are sent with Tracked 48. A paid delivery upgrade is not required to obtain Tracked 24 for a gel order.

Tracked 24 has a next-working-day delivery aim; Tracked 48 has a 2–3-working-day delivery aim after actual dispatch. These are not guaranteed arrival dates. Destination and service exceptions apply.

Dispatch means handover to the courier, not creation of a postage label. Delivery time starts after handover.
