Ingredients (1 glass)
- 200ml pineapple juice
- 50–100ml cold water (to taste)
- 1–2 tbsp sea moss gel
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger)
- 1–2 tsp fresh lime juice
- Ice
Instructions
- Add pineapple juice, water, sea moss gel, ginger, and lime to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Pour over ice and serve immediately.
Tips
- Want it sweeter: add a drizzle of agave or honey.
- Want it sharper: add extra lime.
